1. Navigate to the App Store and select the CNBC News App.
2. Click on ‘Create App’ to begin the setup process.
3. Name your app slide by entering a custom title of your choice.
4. Select the type of news source that you wish to display on the TV screen.
5. Set the slide interval — this determines how long each slide will be displayed (in seconds).
6. Configure the data refresh interval — this controls how often the news feed updates. The minimum refresh time must be 20 minutes.
7. Choose a layout for how you’d like the news content to appear on your screen.
8. For the first two display themes, you also have the option to enable zoom animations for slide transitions.
9. If you’re using a scrolling feed, customize the background and font style to match your display preferences.
