Refund / Renewal Policy

This privacy policy applies to all users of DotSignage platform.

REFUNDS :

Payments once processed are non-refundable. for any additional query, kindly email us at info@dotsignage.com

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS :

  • All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Users are notified in advance of upcoming renewals via email communication. If you wish to discontinue the service, you must notify us at info@dotsignage.com from your registered email address at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
  • If a cancellation request is not received before the renewal time, the subscription will renew automatically and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
  • Once a subscription has been renewed, payments are non-refundable. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
     

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

If you have any questions or grievances regarding the privacy statement, practices of the site, or any other transaction issue, please contact our grievance officer on info@dotsignage.com. We have appointed our grievance officer as per Rule 5 (9) of the Information Technology of Information Technology Act, 2000 amended through Information Technology Amendment Act, 2008 and you can contact him on info@dotsignage.com.
